• Originally from Arizona, she has spent the last four years calling California home. With over 15 years of Pilates practice, she developed a deep appreciation for its balance of strength, control, and intentional movement—ultimately inspiring her transition into teaching.
• Certified in Reformer, Tower, and Mat Pilates, her teaching style blends athletic flow with alignment-focused training to create classes that feel both challenging and supportive, leaving clients feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered.
• Her playlists are packed with the early 2000s pop hits we all know and love—helping fuel the upbeat, energetic vibe of her classes. When she’s not teaching, you can usually find her at the beach or hiking with her pup and husband.
