View Your Studio’s Schedule:

Sign-up the same way you do for studio classes — via Mindbody online, the app, by calling or emailing the studio. Or join us via Class Pass or Gympass.  Classes will be streamed on Zoom and can be accessed from any smart device — a phone, tablet or computer, although we recommend a computer if available.  You will receive a confirmation email and an email 30 minutes prior to the class start time with the access link.  Instructors will be available for 10 minutes prior to help you get settled.

No props are required, although we recommend a workout mat and hand weights (or water bottles or cans!).  The instructor may suggest using towels or magazines as gliding discs for strengthening work.  Of course, if you want to add props and accessories to mix things up, feel free to have hand weights, resistance bands, booty bands, and/or balls on hand.

Purchase new online classes or use an existing class from your Mighty Monthly Pass or class package.  Mighty Monthly Pass members get unlimited classes each month! A single class is $14 and a 5-pack is $59.

Purchase A Private Session:

1) Turn your camera on YOU!
Our instructors love to see you, whether it is just at the beginning and end of class, or the entire time so they can see your form (and it makes you more accountable to up your game). It’s also refreshing to see and feel connected to fellow clients. Don’t worry, if you get interrupted by home schooling or work, you can just turn the camera off for a bit.

2) Watch on a laptop or iPad in “Speaker Mode.”
This way you can see the instructor on the big screen with smaller windows of other clients. We like to switch over to “Gallery Mode” (Brady Bunch style) at the beginning and end of class so you can see everyone.

3) Put yourself on mute.
Put yourself on mute (or your instructors will), then you can un-mute or raise your hand to ask the instructor a question or send it in the chat window.

4) Pump up the music.
Have some background music on to stay motivated. You can use our class playlists, or mellower Mighty Moonlight or our Pumped-Up playlist. We also love the hip hop and soul music in Michelle Obama’s workout playlist.

5) Come prepared.
Have a water bottle, mat, towels and some weights (or water bottles or cans), and a great smile ready.
