• Shay’s teaching style is all about inclusivity and empowerment. No matter your level, she’s there to push you to your fullest potential. Known for her love of ab and arm burners; she brings energy, variety, and thoughtful progression or modification options to every class.
• Shay is an avid solo traveler and backpacker who spent the past year and a half living in beautiful Bali. During her time there, she taught Reformer Pilates full-time bringig her love for movement to a global community. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her outdoors soaking up the sun with her 6-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, Forrest.
