    ●   She is certified in Pilates through both Balanced Body and Physical Mind. She also holds certifications in TRX, Yoga, spinning, cross core, and barre. She began her fitness teaching journey over 20 years ago with step aerobics.

    ●   She likes her classes to have rhythm and flow, and loves to challenge her students by creating intensity and by adding lots of core work and planks! She wants you to walk away with a smile on your face.
