• Lindsey is a 300-hour RYT (Hot Power Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and HIIT/Strength), as well as an Integrative Health Coach and Pilates Instructor. She enjoys connecting with her students and pushing them to their limits, constantly reminding them that they can do hard things.
• In her classes, you can expect lots of pulses, good beats, and good vibes. Her favorite pilates move is side-lying leg work!
• Outside the studio, she loves spending time at the beach with her goldendoodle Bayley Sedona, going on long runs, or taking classes herself.
