    • Kait’s Pilates journey began at 16, to rehabilitate a spinal injury sustained from dance—an experience that fuels her passion for helping clients unlock new potential in mobility, strength, and resilience.

     

    • As a professional dancer and singer with a BFA from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Kait’s practice is rooted in artistry, discipline, and intention.
