•  One of her most calm places is swimming in the ocean; especially when there’s dolphins out there!

    •  Janelle is a forever student and constantly getting certifications with her most recent favorites Yoga Nidra meditation and Balanced  with Maria Leone.  She always loves to be learning and is signed up for some sort of mind / body training program year round.

    •  Her goal is to give you the workout you spent time out of your day to show up for.  You will leave feeling stronger, longer, and perhaps even more clear headed than when you walked in.
