• Flynn is certified in Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Chair Pilates through Pilates Thierry LLC and is passionate about creating an empowering space where clients can connect deeply with their bodies.

• When Flynn’s not in the studio, you’ll find her exploring new creative hobbies like candle making, pottery, and crocheting, or hanging out with her miniature dachshund, Leche!
