• Angela was first introduced to Pilates at age 7 after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. The healing and strength her workouts provided ultimately inspired her to obtain her 500-hour comprehensive certification, as well as certifications from Pilates Method Alliance, BB Functional Movement, Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer, Scolio/Osteo-Pilates and more.
• Angela’s philosophy is to meet you wherever you are in your physical journey and help you gain more effective movement and better form. She believes that Pilates is for EVERY body—healthy, injured, novice or expert.
• In her free time, Angela loves hiking, CrossFit, dogs (especially “mop” dogs like Pulis!), and volunteering with the L.A. Soup Kitchen.
