• Her teaching style is inspired by her prior experience teaching Yoga Sculpt, where she developed a passion for combining intentional movement with upbeat energy and music
• Outside the studio, she enjoys cooking new recipes and exploring the Bay Area with her Golden Retriever, Billie (named after the Buffalo Bills)!
