Master Trainer

• In her free time, Yvonne enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and romping around the Santa Barbara beaches and trails with her two dogs, Job and Mazzy Girl.

• Yvonne completed her Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training with BASI and Fletcher Spine Corrector Certification in 2009, and also holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UCSF (2011) and specialized certifications in Women’s Health Coaching and Functional Medicine.

• Yvonne’s teaching style is grounded in her deep appreciation for human anatomy and movement, welcoming and encouraging students of all levels to learn, celebrate their bodies, and be challenged in a fun, empowering and uplifting community environment.
