• Sheetal created the character of “Oceane” and toured with Cirque du Soleil’s Dralion for 2 years. She got to play the lead in a Broadway show, and then had two kids at the tender age of 50!

• She received her comprehensive Pilates Certification from The Turning Point Studios in Walnut Creek in 2002 and has extensive somatic movement experience including Feldenkreis, Sensory Motor Amnesia training, and more.

• Sheetal is deeply invested in working with Pilates as a wonderful therapeutic tool and enjoys challenging her clients through discipline, form and the integration of mind and body.
