• Josie teaches Purrlates at KitTea Cafe in the Mission.

•  She was certified by Ellie Herman Studios in 2006 after completing a 600 hour program.

•  Josie has an inclusive approach and enjoys teaching challenging and fun variations while always returning to the system created by Joseph Pilates.
