•  She originally got into Pilates in high school to support her tennis game.

    •  She received her 600 hour Comprehensive Classical Pilates Certification through Power Pilates in 2013. Apart from Pilates she also teaches yoga and meditation.

    •  Cathy loves getting to know her students before and after class. Her classes include the 4 S’s -stretching, strengthening, stability, and stamina.
