Classes
Reformer and Tower classes are the heart of Mighty Pilates. We know you need a challenge…but at just the right level. We offer classes for beginners, as well as fitness buffs who have been doing Pilates for years. We also offer circuit classes that utilize Pilates machines and other equipment like weights & magic circles for a full-body workout. Even if you are new to Pilates, we can modify the exercises to the right level so you stay challenged but are never overwhelmed.
Personal Training
We offer personal 1-on-1 training for a workout customized just for you. Your personal Pilates trainer can give you a great introduction to Pilates, help with injuries and follow you as your strength and endurance improves. They can help you set goals and track progress over time to see results. If you want to work out with a friend, sign up for a semi-private session.
These are some of the many classes we offer:
Pilates for Beginners
This class is for people with little to no experience on the Pilates Reformers and Towers. We’ll teach you how to fire up your core and use the equipment safely. And, no worries… you’ll get a work out in class also. If you have taken at least 5 equipment sessions, then you can skip this class.
Mighty Mix
You’ll work out your whole body head to toe on a mix of the Reformers and the Towers. Power up your powerhouse in this vigorous class that mixes it up. Appropriate for students with experience on the Reformer and Tower.
Mighty Mix - Level 2
Same as Mighty Mix, just a little mightier. This class will be for those pilates warriors who have a strong pilates foundation (you know how to be in neutral, perform short spine and teaser on the box) and want a faster moving class with some new tough moves. We'll be working on both the reformers and the towers doing a head to toe workout. This class is appropriate for those people who have taken at least 25 pilates classes. Please ask an instructor if this class is for you before signing up.
Mighty Sport
We mix in cardio interval training with weights and spring resistance on the Reformers and the Towers. We’ll be doing jumping jacks, lunges and squats with the springs and classic Pilates work. We may throw in some JumpBoard on the Reformers. Great for beginners to Pilates or advanced students looking for an intense workout.
re:form
Rework your body on the Reformer! This class is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles. You’ll tone your thighs, back, abs, arms and booty. Appropriate for students who have been introduced to the Reformer before.
Super Towers
Show off your powers on our Towers. This class challenges you with the resistance of our springs to intensify your workout. We'll workout your entire body, with emphasis on your abs. If you have done Pilates workouts on the Cadillac or Springboard, then you are ready for action.
Mighty Circuit
Do double duty with two instructors in one class. One will work you on the Reformer and the other on the Tower. This full-body workout is for students who have already taken at least a few equipment sessions before.
Mighty Mixer
It's Happy Hour time! Get your weekend off to a great start with an intense Reformer and Tower class with loud, upbeat music and fun Mighty friends. You'll get a full body workout and be energized for a great weekend. This special Friday class will end mingling with your classmates and a toast to start the weekend off right!
Pre-Natal Pilates
Expecting a mighty little wonder? Because you are working your powerhouse, Pilates is perfect for getting ready for delivery. We customize some moves for each trimester. Appropriate for expecting moms (with OK from your doc) in any stage of pregnancy with at least an introduction to Pilates equipment.
Amazing Abs
Tone up your powerhouse on the Reformers and Towers. This class focuses in on toning your trunk. Appropriate for students that have been introduced to the equipment before.
